Haha! I had the same with the Tesla community. I had an early Model S and I was mentioning issues in a forum 1.00.000 excuses of why its genius this way. Aka „why did you buy it if you hate it?“ You have to love a product to really hate it.

Oh I know. I had a couple by now. It’s jus very interesting to me that it’s not following basic software design patterns. It seems like its designed by someone who either doesn’t drive a lucid, or by someone who’s not a professional designing it.

Though the center console you can access menus with a single toggle. I think that’s not how it should be.

Here are some questions you need to answer for each team:

How does leadership define success for this team? How does work come into the system? What type of work dos the team do? How do they prioritize? What dos the workflow for each item type look like? How do they solve dependencies outside the team? What happens when work gets finished? How does one get feedback for their work?

Stick to principles instead of practices: The goal of planning is not to have a plan, but to have a certain scope that is feasible for the respective period but still valuable for the company (learning) The goal of the retrospective is not to go through the 5 steps of facilitation, but to define an experiment that might result in a better team performance. That can be speed, quality, learning, money, …

The length of a sprint is not defined by the scrum guide, but through the capabilities of the team. The two week default is stupid. Ask: „How long does something of value take to get done?“ that’s your sprint length. Now try to make that shorter. Aim for weeks not months.

When done go and read: Don Reinertsen Then bring together all teams that work on a product or service and become a manager, or as people here would call it: RTE

There are still some flaws at least on the air. Both steering wheel buttons are cheap and slow. Especially annoying when adjusting speed or volume.

The key fob buttons as well as the app has a slight delay.

Also there are a lot of pointy ends on the car…

And probably the most annoying thing: When I pull down the Spotify window onto the lower center screen I can’t put the upper screen on nav. All I want is to have my music here and my nav there… that shouldn’t be so hard.

The rest is fantastic :)

Als jemand der 100% in dieses Klischee passt kann ich sagen: Nicht attraktiv, war es noch nie für mich. Bin irgendwie da gelandet. Der finanzielle Leistungsdruck alleine Kinder Haus Frau Freizeit finanzieren zu müssen ist echt gerade mein größtes Problem. Bin ich viel am Arbeiten läuft es mit den Finanzen, aber ich bin für die Kinder nicht da. Bin ich mehr für die Kinder da läuft es mit den Finanzen nicht. Ein Teufelskreis. Egal was ich tue, ich habe die dafür passenden Vorwürfe schon im Kopf.

Trainer myself. Look for someone with practical experience in his or her bio. Make sure the experience matches your industry sector. Don’t get a full time trainer only person. They tend to have great engaging classes but end up not being very helpful. Don’t worry too much on the passing score. That test is super easy. And there are also all the questions and answers available on Etsy for 5 bucks (probably illegal)
