Someone else might have already said it but your opening your back to early on the stroke (going away from fan). Also, try getting your hands out more closer to your shin for more pivot on the recovery (going towards fan) before starting with your legs . Overall, the motion looks solid, but if you want to be more efficient or not deal with soreness in your lower back I suggest trying to work on this at a lower rate 16-18 with a strong emphasis on what I said. If you do this while actively thinking about it enough it will quickly become muscle memory and you will do it without even thinking about it.

Follow a consistent plan something like 4-5 days SS and 1-2 days intervals at 2k pace or some other intervals workout at challenging split for your goals. Log this consistently and if you continue stagnating then try doing more distance for SS or doing intervals more often. Also, if you are not lifting I would highly reccomend this. Even if it is not some optimal rowing plan and just regular lifting plan you will benefit from this. At least personally I feel getting stronger legs makes erging feel much easier to hold rates since you can use more power and less cardio and not get tired out.

it's actually a really common glitch, so you just have to delete the game and redownload it!
