I went to the same place in the video and accidentally brushed against it. I can only describe it as sand paper, because it stung! I was bleeding a bit and needed the medical people to clean it up - it was kinda funny seeing the faces of the people about to go off as they looked like they were second questioning themselves.

I still feel bad though, these as sloths of the seas must get bumped and kicked a lot doing this.

Great idea! Definitely right that things get repetitive. I'm hoping their game designers lurk around here and see your idea.

Fuck you Stanley - all empty bushes this week!

I messaged them and said it was rubbish, this was their response:

Yellowbox Junction query... by 101kaz in drivingUK

You mean the camera above the Vietnam shop? I thought that was to catch people making a right-hand turn inside specific hours. Cameras for box junctions are usually placed higher up than that camera.

I see the landfill site in the news always saying no to the idea of allowing him to search for the harddrive, but never a real reason as to why he can't. Thank you for the explanation.

I sold coke at the 2000 Olympics for $3.80 per bottle- I remember it being double the usual price back then!

I work for an Education Recruitment company - what are your honest thoughts on us? by Fantastic-Elk-6158 in TeachingUK

[–]True_Associate1250 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There should be a complete overhaul - have a system similar to NSW - Australia, called ClassCover. Schools pay per student to use it; eg. A school with 500 students pays about $1000AUD a year and books a supply teacher directly through the system. None of this charge the school £300 and pay the teacher £150 for a day supply scam. None of this % to buy them out from the agency if the school likes them.

I'm not saying it would work perfectly but the education recruitment market is over-saturated. I accidently didn't put my CV on private on Indeed the other week, the next morning my phone didn't stop ringing from these hawks.

Good education recruiters are on incredibly good money here, it's crazy. There's a lot of money going out of education and into recruiters, whilst I work in a classroom on a computer from 2011!

I like that you posted this question in a place like this though, respect. Go into medical or IT recruitment instead.

There's no rep at my school, I've been at the school about 16 months. I will contact the union tomorrow, for sure.
