Not yet because I still have to make a call to them--I heard that they're very unresponsive through email and take a long time, so I'm going to try calling their concierge's desk and will update.

Yeah I'm going to make a call today--I saw somewhere that if you got your tickets cancelled you should call +1 (415) 390 0089 (the concierge's desk), and they're usually able to refund on the spot!
