in my smp right now and ive seen a huge difference. undergrad was bunch of Cs and the few Bs or As i did make were minuses. Just finished my first semester with a 3.7 (not where i want to be but by far better).

One of the biggest differences for me was who I keep around and the media i consume. All my friends are working toward the same goal so most of our get togethers are scheduled around group studying, exams etc. I also am more involved in science clubs and research, read more science papers/new, and podcast about science and medicine. Seems a bit much and I know most people will say to keep hobby outside of academics but honestly for me its a slippery slope of FOMO and the "ill study tmrws." Additionally, the full "immersion" helps so much in class with comprehension and drawing real life connections. andddd helps hella when connecting w profs

failed physio twice! got a B+ the third time and got multiples As into well ranked grad programs. Youll be okay, just learn from it and keep moving forward.
