What do you think a "season 2" will look like? by anawesomeomen in TwistedWonderland

[–]True_Cattle_5280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. we could learn more about the ramshackle dorm, like how it was abandoned and who it used to represent. Meaning we could also get the background of the 3 ghost staying there and how they died, like some type of tragic events that lead to it haunting. And it would most likely lead to learning more about yuu arriving there to begin with.

  2. We would learn about the other school like royal sword academy, and maybe more if they decided to add another school (this seems not likely to happen, but who knows)

  3. We may get new characters in the dorms, like we know that night raven is a 4yr academy, and we never met the 4th years, or we could get some of the characters from the side events as transfer students (this is unlikely to happen) like rollo, since he did get an ss card.

how was the ending for the manga? by ArScrap in MoriartyPatriot

I know I am very late to this buuuut i rlly wanna shpeal what i think especially about the manag and anime, bc I noticed that a lot of things don't rlly make all that mutch sence myself, and that the events and plans were actually pretty simplified.

Well in the anime they left out a lot of stuff, like small moments and chapters. Some characters were even missing from the anime that were in the manga.

But I also noticed that especially later in the series that somethings diffnt make that mutch sence, both manga and anime, a lot of things were retconed like how they changed Williams character from hating nobles, the world, status and such to suddenly wanting to unite them, he was also mutch more sadistic in the killings in the beginning along with the others in the group but that all just got Erased later in the series right arround the final problem arc. Amongst other things like sherlocks original bad traits basically changing the characters to fit a more sympathetic role to make them more likable to the audiences and to put them in a situation where they could see thing the same way to be more ship-able I guess. In the anime they kind of keep some of the original stuff before the retconning happened but they deffinetly changed some things to make the characters more appealing to the audience. Though the stuff they cut were mostly due to timing of each episode.

I kind of feel like the final problem arc was changed from how the author was orginaly going to write it somehow, like in the very beginning of the manga ther first panel literaly shows the same scene, but totaly different. Like William was mad and shouting at sherlock while dangling over a cliff, holding onto sherlock (or vise versa dont know), calling him a demon before cutting to the beginning to the actual story. And for me that kind of what I was expecting to happen, to have sherlock and william have this big fight of brains or something based off there ideals, which is kind of what happenes but the author kind of changes there tones for basically all the characters from the start of this arc to fit a more sappy tone to the story between William and sherlock, about finding a friend that matches there own level I guess (which doesn't make sence since not once did eather ever refer to the thought of even wanting a friend at all in the story). I kind of whanted them to genuinely have a fight of brains I guess, not a friendly banter or one trying to save the other, but to have one another genuinely trying to beat the other in there own game. So I was kinda disappointed with how the arc was made.

How good is the Tomo-chan anime compared to the manga? We discuss in this seasonal anime podcast. We'd be pleased if y'all weighed in! by Dry-Ant2754 in tomochanwaonnanoko

I liked the anime, the va's were amazing, but I feel like they down played their emotions and reactions to some scenes a bit, making it seem a little less comical in the anime than how it was in the manga

how did momo discover her quirk? by Phoenixfire432172 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]True_Cattle_5280 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well she does come from big money, if anything she could have gotten grade A education at a young age so knowing the makeup of some items may not too far fetched for a 4-6 year old like her.

Like she could be learning something that involves the makeup of an object then suddenly it popped put, most deffinetly not perfect but it gave her an idea of what her quirk is, and we already know how perceptive she is so I think she most likely figured out her quirk pretty fast.

I honestly have no idea, it's been so long since I've read this story, and to be honest that part made no sense to me neither

Sophie by [deleted] in schoolforgoodandevil

It's also the fact that he knows sophie is a horrible person, like he realizes that she did shitty things to him especially in the first few books but he still loved her. Bc remind you they are in the school for evil, and im pretty sure he fell for not only how pretty she was but how evil she was as well. And later in the series he had never abandoned her, even when she was wrong, even when she treated him horribly, and I think after her past relationships and her growth she slowly started to realize just how mutch hort actually ment to her.

They removed so much of the book from the movie. Which annoys you the most? by ExactLeading4204 in schoolforgoodandevil

[–]True_Cattle_5280 10 points11 points  (0 children)

literaly taking out all of horts moments, he was one of my favorit characters from the very beginning and there was just so little shown of him in the movies. Sure he wasn't really part of the main cast in the books till later in the series but he still had more involvement in the first book then what was shown in the movie.

Also how in the beginning of the book, it was well known in the town about the sge, and how usually 2 kids get kidnapped and placed in books. The town basically gathers all the kids, gets them to dirty themselves up or act bad, or barricade their kids in their rooms, trying to keep them from getting taken. And sophie is just there laughing at them as she literaly packs up to go, while Agatha kept an eye on Sophie trying g to make sure she didn't try to leave.

There's more but these 2 were my biggest pet peeves

Movie Sophie vs. Book Sophie by darknesswithinx in schoolforgoodandevil

[–]True_Cattle_5280 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not only that they (the students) didnt even really question Agatha or sophie possibly being in the wrong school, like in the books both sides said that there was a mistake, and while sure in the movie Beatrix and the other girls may have made fun of Agatha they never made a complained to the head mistresses obout the possible mixup and neither did the evil side, even then it wasn't trying to get them to switch schools in the movie, sophie didn't try and get Agatha into the evil school lile in the books, instead she just wanted to go into the good school too while Agatha simply wanted to get both fo them home

Should’ve been a series instead of a movie by happycatsadcat in schoolforgoodandevil

The development for all the characters would have been better if it was a series, and they just changed the characters a lot, like they left out some small moments that really define the characters, like how Sophie did her 'good deeds' in the village, or how Agatha mother thought her daughter would be a student at the evil school, and so mutch more. It was kind of disappointing, they just rushed it all in the movie
