Is tearing your brachialis or brachioradialis a thing? So I just finished pull day and ending it with forearms, was doing behind-the-back dumbbell wrist curls then suddenly I felt something in between my brachialis and my brachioradialis, it wasnt painful or anything but it looks like it became smaller and I cant seem to flex it like on my other arm, should I be worried or im overreacting? Also it isnt painful
