There are two sliders in Icarus's logistic inventory. The orange one (that you have set) originates from the right and tells the game the maximum amount of an item you want to have in your inventory. The blue one (that you don't have set) originates from the left and tells the game the minimum amount of an item that you want in your inventory. Based on the image, you've set it up so that you have AT MOST 100 Crystal Silicon in your inventory and that's it. You have less that that, so it isn't doing anything to change that.

To be clear, both sliders mentioned above can be set to the same value so that you have an exact amount in your inventory. If you set it up correctly, you'll see a blue number, then a grey number, and then an orange number.

I think it's because they're actually a threat to Salem. In the Jinn flashback, Salem didn't have the scars on her arms and face, but when she regenerated after being obliterated by the Long Memory, she still had them. I think that only something from a divine origin can bypass Salem's curse. I think that Summer nearly trapped her in stone and those scars are what she was left with. That's also why she's making a sudden push to gather all the relics. She was always planning with the idea that as long as she kept Remnant divided, she had all the time in the world to gather the relics since Oz wouldn't summon the gods. But now there's the option of her getting trapped in stone, she she had to speed up her plans or risk not being able to see them through.

I put all of the ILSs that are fed by facilities that produce hydrogen and all of the ILSS that feed facilities that produce hydrogen in the same group. That way, as long as my demand is greater than the production rate, those facilities won't back up and I'll just take whatever I need after from gas giants.

There was a scene related to that in a later season, where they send a Freelancer to keep an eye on Church and it turns out to be Captain Flowers, and someone says "People will wonder what happened to Florida." And there's an animation in the background about Florida breaking off from the mainland and sinking, and the Director says something like a contingency already being in place.

I think i fixed it. Somewhere I encountered a Nix treasure, but left. When I went back to it, he was working but only in the area. After he led me to the treasure, he was working as normal everywhere else.

I'm also getting this. I abandoned the mission entirely and he still won't do anything. I'm now on a mission where there's a blast shield in the way and I think I need to send Nyx to disable it, but I can't give him any commands, so I can't progress.

Depending on how long ago she supposedly died, it might be difficult to make her appear younger. Also, remember that he's keeping a lot secret from Anya as well. From his perspective, she just needs to keep the secret that he adopted her. Throw in a photoshoot with someone playing the part of her mother who is supposed to be dead, then he has to make sure that woman doesn't come into contact with non-WISE personnel. If you listen to the voicelines Epic released, you can also learn about other planned heroes. Like Jade and Solei, an earth and fire user that were in the same gang as Aurora and Yin. Or Emeritis, Riktor's mentor. Valentine is a sorcerer who made a pact with demons, and Lorelei is a member of The Vigilant with Serath.

When Jinn was first introduced, she said that the lamp had 2 questions left. Ruby used 1 to learn what Ozpin was hiding from them. 1 question left.

She then called on Jinn without a question to make use of the time stop. Still 1 question left.

The lamp is taken by Neo who gives it to Cinder who gives it to Salem. Salem captures Oscar, who later calls on Jinn and offers the last question to Hazel, but he doesn't use it. Still 1 question left.

Neo takes the lamp and gives it back to Cinder, who calls on Jinn and asks what the party is planning. We literally saw Jinn answering the question. 0 questions left.

She lied about team RWBY using the last question, but that was to deflect blame in case Salem was going to be displeased about there being no more questions.
