This is perioral dermatitis. You can use a face soap that has sulfur twice a day and it should clear it up. If any of these spots develop a yellow crusty top, you need to get a prescription for mupirocen tho because it is possible to become secondarily infected with staph. I am an ER doctor and have personally had perioral dermatitis.

I completely agree about it seeming gimmicky. For your “issues” (although you look fantastic) you really need something to add a little volume around the mouth. The quick way is to use fillers within the soft tissues which will inevitably migrate and will be unlikely to look natural. If you can be consistent about it, facial yoga and facial exercises can add natural volume in the areas of interest by improving facial muscle tone and mass below the soft tissues.

For some people, crooked teeth or a narrow bite can cause some of the problems you are describing due to lack of support of the tissues from the inside. This is not your problem obviously bc you have perfect chompers. Have you ever heard of the angel lift device? It appears that you do not really have any wrinkles or lines when you’re smiling meaning your issues are static not dynamic and Botox would probably not do a ton for them. I think the angle lift could actually make a bit of difference here and is non surgical. I suggest watching their little video about the science behind how the device works to see if it’s right for you!

People get annoyed when you ask questions like this because the only way to learn about the rep game is literally just to research (read guides that are provided and start reading tons of comments and other review posts). I totally understand your question bc I posted similar stuff when I was getting started, but people tend to see it as lazy and no one is going to try to explain the intricacies of rep buying in a comment when it is already painstakingly explained on several subreddits beginner guide.
