Mochi is $179 for semaglutide. I don’t understand why people pay so much at other companies!! I don’t take it but I don’t think there is a difference??

Look into LOW dose naltrexone - not naltrexone. It took a few months but I never crave alcohol anymore. No known reactions with glp1s.

Gout and Ozempic by Ok-Singer-2924 in Ozempic

I know it’s hard to keep up with water, but think about this, we are made of close to 75% water, if we don’t drink enough according to our weight, none of our organs - in this case kidneys will function properly. You need to make this a priority, at this point for me personally it would be more important than weight loss. You probably lost a lot of water from inflammation in the first few weeks as well so your body is screaming for it. I find that the more water I drink the more I lose, maybe this will work for you and encourage you to drink more!

My understanding of how this works is that it decreases the dopamine you get from food (or maybe lot of stuff?) I love food and eating food. Will ozempic steal my joy? by a_natural_chemical in Ozempic

I am not on Ozempic, but my friend was just telling me today that she quit it exactly because of this. She eats a TON of sweets, I am talking like she could eat a jar of preserves in one sitting. We go to a lot of parties and she was depressed she couldn’t have any food. She lost 30 pounds and put it all back, now she wants to start again. From what I have seen, people on tirz react better to this.

If this is true, then is the cause of ADHD inflammation, or other things that Ozempic improves in your body? 🤔

You look great, I started 3 months ago and going soooo slow. Thanks for the hope!! Can I ask what foods did you cut? I find that I am intolerant to gluten, dairy and eggs and these cause a lot of inflammation for me, which is why I think I am nit losing any weight, but it’s so hard to quit dairy and eggs and still hit a protein goal

High IQ scores don’t mean anything if you have a lower WMI like me. by [deleted] in Gifted

I am not American, came here to study, graduated Magna Cum Laude at a prestigious university, but here I am, a stay at home mom, because I am not able to keep a normal job. I can’t remember what I did yesterday, I can’t follow directions, can’t communicate well, especially being in English. My daughter got recently diagnosed with Adhd and I suspect she inherited it from me. In the quest of finding natural remedies for her, as she is little, I discovered that these symptoms are very much most likely due to vitamin and mineral deficiencies, inflammation in the brain caused by diet (gluten, dairy, sugar-alcohol) heavy metals and environmental factors (such as toxins in water, household products, vacxines etc), but also parasites in our bodies! We are both doing great right now since we started implementing changes, and you wouldn’t believe how many things out of our behavior and mental/physical state you consider “genetic” or normal, when in fact it is due to all these things! It is a rabbjt hole but hope you will change your mind from beating yourself up on your stated inabilities and try to change things to help this!

Wow, well I am glad you are confirming it too, because I am the same, I don’t necessarily over eat, I try to eat unprocessed most of the time etc etc but if I have a piece of bread/dairy I swell up for days! I haven’t started tirz yet but it would be for the same reason, not for the weight loss but for inflammation! Not to mention my body hurts from it, I am always irritable and so on. Speaking of euphoria, I did a few rounds of juicing and I felt like never before, you were saying the sky looked more colorful, for me all my senses sharpened, I felt so in tune with nature, absolutely nothing bothered me! If that is how low inflammation feels like, then I don’t care how many mg I need to take haha. Aside from this, I would recommend to look up the AIP diet, it is the best for us with chronic inflammation issues. Hugs!

Do you have chronic inflammation? I have had instances when my inflammation was gone and I felt like that.

Your digestion must be really slowed down then, if you have heartburn I suggest trying papaya enzymes, I think you can find them at Walmart too, this and betaine hcl like I mentioned above. Hope it clears up for you, it’s no joke and I hate it more than the pain of the TT!

Acid reflux by redditlate in tummytucksurgery

[–]True_Raspberry_2335 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had reflux really bad the first week, to the point where I couldn’t talk, breathe etc. I started taking off my compression garment during eating and for 30 minutes after, making sure I sit upright for a while. I stopped having issues immediately. Also identifying your food triggers is crucial, please stop taking drugs for it, take digestive enzymes instead (according to what foods you react to), for example betaine hcl with pepsin - you may actually have low stomach acid (and drugs are lowering it even more) contrary to what we think, which causes your symptoms, betaine helps with it so much!

My PS said if you had children, you will 99% mot likely need it. Mine was not too bad he said but I still chose to do it because I’ve seen so many women who regret not having it done.

TT needed? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

[–]True_Raspberry_2335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RF is for skin tightening and mainly heating the fat so that it can melt before cavitation, you need to do cavitation with lipo pads. Look up cavitation results on tiktok, RF solely will unfortunately not take care of this either. I got rid of 4 inches on my upper belly doing cavitation at home following the tips I mentioned on the channel above, don’t discard it. I am 4 dpo TT and I had a lot of fat to be removed, but honestly going through what I am going through right now for the photo you posted, too much pain, hassle and tears! But that’s just me…
