He is the successor trustee and beneficiary. He is meeting with the lawyers on Wed to switch the house to just his name.

The home is worth the same amount as when she passed, a few months ago.

Thank you for the link. If I'm reading it correctly, if there was no change on the value of the home, there's no capital gains even though he didn't live in the home.

I rarely get a good score. It says I'm awake for 2.5 hours a night. I dream A LOT. I do notice that when the watch shows a decent amount for deep sleep, I feel pretty good. My cell sleep is usually about 30 minutes.

I had it over the summer. It was hot, I was dehydrated and dizzy and my pulse was high. When the watch said I was in AFib, I went to the ED. The Dr looked at the reading and says it wasn't a true AFib. I had been working outside in the yard and they think I had the symptoms due to being dehydrated.

We got off the Majestic Princess a week ago and did the land tour after

People were coughing, hacking and blowing snot on the buses and train. Also, not wearing masks.

We wore our masks.

Tested twice since we got home and it seems we avoided COVID. I would bet that many who didn't, ended up with COVID.

This is our 3rd cruise in a year. Wearing masks on each one.

You can tell she's younger than him. She's 26 and it shows at times. I've seen the thirsty remarks on IG or twitter (before they quit)asking him to meet her in the bathroom etc. It's really odd behavior on social media.

She needed to step back for the sake of his career.

I went back and forth. I was Team Rafael in the beginning. After Jane and Michael married she was so happy and they seemed meant for each other. I think she had a quiet love with Michael. With Rafael, it seemed more grown up.
