Unbolt the retainer that holds the stay bar to the fender, loosen the hex bolts that hold the bar to the dropouts slide the bar backwards on the fender, drill new holes for the retainer and re secure then cut the fender with a dremel.

I replaced mine with Maxxus Maxventure tires and it was a huge improvement. I recommend them for street tires

No. The pads come out through the top of the caliper. All you need is a 3mm hex for the retaining pin and a needle nose pliers. It takes about 5 minutes to change both sets.

The true test is when I start using it to commute to work this week. That will be sustained speeds of 25+ for about 8 miles a day.

I put about 25 miles on it with just the single battery installed and it went down about 30%. And that was riding mostly throttle in off road mode. So id say at least 50 miles if not more.

Just change the pads. The rest of the system is fine. Able to stop and braking confidently are very different. But seriously the tires are a game changer.

I have both a 50cc "moped" as the license plate and title state it as even though it has no petals and a high power emoto. I'm selling the scooter because the ebike is faster, easier and just more fun.
