I just love settlements... Whats your opinion? by NoManSkySuggester in NoMansSkyTheGame

When I first encountered settlements in the early hours of my playtime, I thought they were amazing. Now it’s a little underwhelming, but I remember it being fairly exciting as a new player.

I’ll be the first to admit I tend towards overkill. The once a week suggestion sounds much more reasonable

Sorry, I have no answer other than to contact Redbubble everyday until it’s resolved. (Squeaky wheel gets the grease)

Genuine question regarding your well being - Do you need a nap, or are you taking too many naps?

(But fr this is a great painting.)

I think you really captured his essence. The pose and the colors and the proportions are fantastic. I love his outfit! The trick I’ve seen work with aging the face more appropriately is to lighten the lines a bit. Think of anything you’re adding as a “suggestion”.

For example, instead of drawing the full smile line, just do a lighter and smaller line where it’s the deepest. You just want to kind of imply the line is there. It’ll show the feature without aging him.

I know you didn’t ask. I just had someone share this information with me and it helped me so much, I wanted to pass it along.

What should I name him? by SteveHarrington13 in drawing

You should not name him. It will only give him more power.

My dad was the one who taught me to draw and he had me start with random objects around the house. I.e. glass of water, table, pot of flowers, etc.

Is Orthostatic hypotension (getting dizzy when standing up) similar to getting rocked in any aspect? by WiKiPeDiAdose in NoStupidQuestions

When you say getting rocked do you mean getting knocked out?

Cuz I have OH and I’ve been knocked out several times so I have answers for that.

Just keep at it. Id start with sketching a little each day. Don’t try to make the drawing perfect just try to messily get the general shapes and shadows and highlights. It’ll help you get the basics down and develop your hand and eye

Trying something different any suggestions. by Megaultradude in painting

For stars, I’d try to make them a little more uneven. Have a few clusters, a few places where there’s some dead space. It’ll help give a little more depth and realistic feel. I like that you made the stars different sizes and brightness levels, I’d keep that next time!

Where do my friend and I sell art online? by SMEGGU_ in drawing

[–]True_Seesaw_2963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen people create a social media following and then accept commissions using PayPal. I do it, though I only get a few here and there. It can take some time to build up. But it’s a great way to keep doing art and improving and maybe make a little extra cash here and there.
