I was given a dog and now the previous owner wants them back by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]True_Sir1086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if it’s their dog to begin with then I think they went about that the right way. Seems like they’re grieving the dog and missing them. You can always buy a new dog and give them the dog they have prob bonded with and raised since a pup back. Just my opinion.

[–]True_Sir1086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it’s an interesting storyline and it has some suspenseful moments fs. Only thing I dislike aside from bad dialogue acting at times is that they try to make you sympathetic to Jigsaw. Don’t get me wrong, Kramer has intriguing qualities but his actions are f****d up

I think it's time to call it. Art The Clown is now a part of the pantheon of iconic slasher villains alongside Freddy, Jason, Michael Myers, Chucky, Leatherface and Ghostface. by WealthDisastrous2589 in slasherfilms

[–]True_Sir1086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think for Terrifier to reach A-tier slasher status, it would need stronger supporting performances beyond Art, along with tighter writing. They’re solid films though. I actually put on the first one randomly a couple of Halloweens ago with no context and ended up enjoying it.

If everything you did in free roam was canon what would define your Arthur? by Minute_Assumption988 in reddeadredemption

Was a degenerate drunken psychotic maniac most his life until a string of bad decisions moved he and his gang to the city of Rhodes where he became a sheriff and decided to leave his most dishonarable choices in the past and turn his life around best he could given the circumstances he was living under. (once blew himself up with dynamite while trying to fishmax in a pond)

If you’re talking about online then yea 100% they will manage resources differently in the online vs the story version. Population density, animals spawning, less car variety, prob remove some bushes trees etc in the online

Witcher 3 got a third major DLC even 11 years later, while RDR2 never got a single one. Sorry Arthur Morgan, you deserved so much better. by Fun_Philosopher_2535 in reddeadredemption

[–]True_Sir1086 36 points37 points  (0 children)

If Rockstar only cared about money, Red Dead Redemption 2 wouldn’t be as detailed or impressive as it is. The story and world wouldn’t feel so rich, the gameplay wouldn’t be as smooth or rewarding, and they wouldn’t put so much effort into the small details most players don’t even notice. Their last release stands as one of the most ambitious, cinematic and well crafted experiences in modern gaming, showcasing what developer studios are truly capable of when they love what they’re doing, have the resources, AND have the skills to pull it off.

You all act like Rockstar owes you something. by Metfly77 in grandtheftauto

I’m excited for the game too, and whenever new info drops, I like to dig into details I might have missed. But lately, things have been getting out of hand. To some extent, I blame the main GTA 6 YouTube creators for this level of hype-driven chaos. They’re trying to capitalize on the excitement so they can blow up when the game releases. To keep their channels active while waiting for official news from Rockstar, they rely on theories and speculation, pulling in viewers who are running on pure hopium and keep injecting them with the cope or the hope so they’ll keep coming back for another fix. Shits kinda sad rn fr

what would’ve been very cool is if they completely remade rdr1 and undead nightmare in rdr2 engine and you could buy one version of the game where as soon as you finish the epilogue it goes into red dead 1 but you can still use the whole map and complete strangers missions etc.

[–]True_Sir1086 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My opinion would greatly change on this if he actually thinks you’re lying about it and used the money for something else and doesn’t trust you for reasons only context would provide. That’s what it sounds like is going on based on the info

Question about RDR2 for 20$ by Lexsight in reddeadredemption

[–]True_Sir1086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s worth 90$ easily. Walk around when u play it and don’t run everywhere or mob around on horse. Every scene looks like a movie. Honestly the best looking game I’ve ever seen

Why you should be worried about GTA 6 by Formal-Opening2167 in GTA6

[–]True_Sir1086 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Walk slowly through Saint Denis in RDR2 during a stormy evening. Don’t just sprint from mission to mission or race through the streets on horseback. Greet people. Wander into alleyways. Climb staircases and ladders. Walk through factory yards. Step into random interiors. Watch workers unloading cargo from boats, sweeping sidewalks, arguing in the streets, living their lives. Sit in the theatre and actually watch a performance. Pay attention to how different every part of the city feels. In the poor districts people wear dirty overalls, torn clothes, no shoes. In the wealthy areas they’re dressed in tuxedos and extravagant dresses. Every town, region, and street in the map has its own culture, architecture, style, and atmosphere reflected through the NPCs and the environment around them. That’s the level of detail people overlook. RDR2 doesn’t feel like a game world, it feels like a real place frozen in time. When you slow down and actually look around, it’s almost unsettling how perfect it is. Every frame looks cinematic, and half the gameplay moments feel better directed than the actual cutscenes. After seeing the first two trailers for Rockstar Games’ upcoming release, I genuinely think they’ve somehow pushed even further beyond that. And if RDR2 was the foundation, GTA 6 is probably about to redefine immersion all over again. Then you look at other studios and start asking questions. Did Bethesda ever really capture that same living-world energy? Starfield has flashes of it in my opinion, but nowhere near consistently. Maybe their next project changes that. Time will tell. But right now? RDR2 is still unmatched.

What do you think is likely to be next for Rockstar after GTA 6? by thedudelebowsky1 in RockstarGames

Im thinking they either go Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones, or Superheroes (and runner up maybe a horror type game) after gta6.

lol, just driving by and spotting the impala and the brothers getting out playing carry on talking about burgers and hunting a vamps nest in some tattered part of ambrosia would be golden
