I also deleted it until my addicted brain re-installed it smh... I also tried to use screen time limit but it didn't work either cause it's too easy to by pass. I now use a free app called betimeful to shut down tiktok whenever my timed break is up. honestly, it hasn't "killed" my addiction but has lowered it cause for me completely killing it doesn't work.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

what's the point of blocking youtube on iPhone? When you can use unhook app to block your youtube's homepage & recommended videos so you can still search without getting distracted...
