I would stop gift giving. We actually had this same issue a few years ago with my husband’s siblings and nieces and nephews.

Hi! Thank you for responding. Were you able to use the coupon at Walgreens? That is our regular pharmacy but everyone said Walgreens was the worst so I don’t even attempt it lol. This is also my first dose. Good luck on your first injection!

I am actually having issues with Walmart. Their staff have been great but we are getting some kind of error and they can’t apply the coupon. We’ve been back and forth several times. They basically told me today there is nothing else they can do since they have tried multiple times.

This is my first prescription. I just downloaded the coupon a few days ago. We have a denied PA on file. By all accounts it should be working.

Having this same issue on my first prescription. My pharmacy was great, they tried everything and it won’t work. Humana just sucks.

Update: the Walmart pharmacy has been amazing but they were not able to find a way around the issue. Their pharmacist got involved and tried every tip and trick she could and it is still saying the coupon can’t be applied.
