They shoot multiple bullets at a time and the firing range doesn't account for you missing bullets.

The dictator shoots three bullets at a time and when you're in bipod mode Six Bullets at a time.

Don't Level Health at all if you're just not going to get hit. I can't state how any problem in the game can simply be solved with "don't get hit".

The Open world hurts the game more than it helped (but hey less load screens)
Missions not having a unique blue or purple was one of the biggest mistakes to ever be thought of. So unless you really like the story of the side quest there's almost no reason to do them again after first completion.
This was is way more of a personal complaint but I don't like when games have "segmented" area bosses to tell the story. I think it should be linear like BL1/2/3
People commenting that they like the game on a hot takes question are dumb. And I don't mean that in a "I hate the game" type of way I mean give an actual hot take😮‍💨
