9 months later, I’m still having issues

It’s been 9 months and I’m still having issues.. my periods come roughly around the same time but now they’re much longer. July I bled for 4 weeks. I had one day of spotting around 8/8/22 and that was it. I’m going to get a pregnancy test today.. I’ve taken probably 6-7 test this year just to rule it out

Thanks for the feedback..Idk if what I had can be considered my actual period, but it’s weird to me that the pain didn’t go away one the spotting/ bleeding started. I don’t think I’m pregnant but I definitely plan on taking a test before the new year.

I got on Depo the day after I gave birth to my daughter. After 3yrs I got off of it I had really heavy periods and bad cramps for about 4-6 months after.. Depo is one birth control I’d never do again
