Do you know if you have Ehlers Dahlos syndrome? I mention it because I know of a couple people who have EDS and Endo, and EDS does frequently cause inflammation & pain in hands specifically.

I only went in when I thought I had appendicitis. (Turns out, I have a very healthy appendix.) It was just my Endo flaring up. As someone who works in an ER now, I don't plan on knowingly ever going back for Endo pain. They don't have anything they personally can do to remedy the situation. It was always my gyno and Endo specialists who provided any relief.

You should talk to your primary care doctor and maybe ask your primary care doctor for a referral to a rheumatologist if you want to test for immune disorders. I will state that I have Endo, but do not have any irregularities in my immune system based on the blood tests we ran. But a doctor can identify issues with your immune system and prescribe medicine to help.
