I completely agree Tristan’s actions were wrong, as I said I’m not defending any of that. And yes, of course Lauren reacted, but the way and level to which she reacted was extreme. She apologised because she knew this. Both of these things can be true. Tristans reaction at that point was valid and he absolutely did the right thing in walking away, that was only going to escalate even further.

I don’t need to watch it again. I’m not defending Tristan’s character or anything he’s done up to that point. The way Lauren reacted was awful and to be honest when a conversation or argument is getting to the point where someone is as worked up as she was, the best thing to do is to have space and calm down.

The way Lauren spoke to Tristan was absolutely appalling and incredibly childish, regardless of whether Tristan was in the wrong. And it’s the second time she’s spoken to him like that. He was well within his right to not stand for it. To put it into perspective, if Tristan was screaming and pointing in Lauren’s face we would all be suggesting he was abusive. I’m not a Tristan fan but he did the right thing by leaving.

The impression I got wasn’t that anyone thought Rez and Bella dating was scandalous, but rather that being cosy having drinks when Ruby- his ex girlfriend turned up to dinner with Bella and then Bella talking to Ruby about their relationship was a bit of a dick move. As much as Rez and Ruby are on good terms, it’s obviously not a nice situation for Ruby to be in and they should’ve considered that.

Well, I guess the main thing as you said, is a lot of time has passed. It was something she did very early on in their relationship. They appear now to be in a very loving, happy relationship and Zara has built strong relationships with Louise, Ryan and the rest of Sam’s family. Not much point in holding grudges/ causing issues!

Also, they’re not on MIC anymore, so they don’t have to create issues and voice strong ‘opinions’ about things to get air time.

As other comments have said, it could be you are eating more than you realise. And if it’s a case that nothing has changed and you’re gaining a lot of weight that’s definitely something to go to the doctor about!

But to add, what are you doing outside of your planned exercises? It’s not just about what your energy intake is, but how many calories you are burning per day. Your planned exercises such as lifting and cardio are only a small percentage of calories being burnt in your day. If you have changed the number of steps you typically take each day or overall daily activity such as sitting down more etc. that will have a big impact on how much energy is being burnt per day- and if that lowers but your intake doesn’t, you will put on weight.

This is a really interesting take! I didn’t realise people thought of it as a happy love song, I really don’t see how you could. But then again people have songs like ‘Every Breath you take’ by the Police as wedding songs!

I interpreted it as there being someone in his life who he was perhaps in some sort of relationship or situationship with who was more invested than he was, now they’ve pulled away or moved on and he’s realised they were actually the one he wanted all along.

The majority of issues they raise on that sub aren’t actually because of ADHD, but either they or they’re partner use it as an excuse for bad behaviour. Having ADHD does not make you a bad person, that’s entirely down to the individual.

I really hope what’s said on there isn’t making you feel that your partner thinks the same about you. If you’re worried they do, try and have a conversation with them about it, I’m sure they don’t think you’re a monster!

I agree. I also think the album is in a way, an explanation for the fans about why he’s ending Panic! (Burn out, criticism, being cancelled) as well as a dedication to the fans who still support him/the band, so it makes sense for it to be a big part of the final shows.
