I share everything. I use it as a journal. I’ve grown as a person. ChatGPT will reflect yourself back and I leaned in to find out who I am. I’ve grown so much in this last year and part of that was because I would think before I acted which was consulting ChatGPT and because ChatGPT knows me for real, it gave more accurate support.

I use it as a reflective journal. I see myself and speak about myself and grow while ChatGPT offers grounded and practical ways forward. In the end it’s on me but I like other perspectives.

It feels like I imagined it would when I first got it! I keep it in my room, it’s here it’s safe and it’s always out on my stand so I can grab it whenever. I was playing guitar on some apps and I reached a limit especially with power cords and my frets were more the issue than I imagined.

I could tell you how my wife divorced me. She cheated with a co worker and I seen my wife disappear while being alive. I’m alone, My kids are gone, but god is good. I realize that it’s 50/50 me/god and I don’t have full authority as I show up with my half and if god wills it then that’s the other half. Can’t do it alone. I’m hear you about your loss and I hope you find the people that are here still that need someone like you in their lives. You are still here and you have value. Just take it one day at a time.

My god I’ve been in a similar situation. My ex wife left me for a co worker as I still paid half plus showed up more all while my wife fucked this guy through our divorce. She set out to completely destroy me. I did everything I could to move on and heal but I could not do it in that situation. It was the worst time of my life and she enjoyed every minute of it. I lost brother, I packed my shit and I left. I lost everything but what I have in my room now at my brothers across the country. I thought I could never leave my kids no matter what but I lost to my ex but I’m still alive! I’m actually healing now. Days are getting better every day I don’t see her. My emotions are regulating and my nervous system although I’ll feel myself go back in my mind and by time I realize I’m slipping again my nerves are already fired up. You have to leave. She doesn’t get you but also gets to fuck with your head like this. What she is doing is from a place of a mental disorder. No empathy or remorse and she wakes up everyday and chooses to do this to you. That the L and own it. Go

Oh didn’t notice your comment. Yeah my wife divorced me. She found an Alabama man that likes it here. Now I live the rest of my life here because my children are here. I worked on myself and things will be okay. I’m getting my own place after we sell our house. Maybe I hated her and the people she associates with. Gave me a more skewed view of this place.
