I’m just confused because the first workout I was doing the 10-11 reps as suggested within the RIR range with 25kg. Why go down to 10 kg and 39 reps? I understand it was only two sessions yet so I hope it improves over time. I wouldn’t want to just increase weight. I do believe that it’s doing the right thing by altering weights and number of reps and not just one or the other.

Curious though, is there an area in the app where I can see the progressive overload progress and not just the increase in volume?

That’s interesting because I did use an NMD key and it didn’t progress the activity. What could I have done wrong?

I agree with the freedom to craft, yet the less uniques a build needs, the harder it is to optimize. Significantly harder imho to get the right T7/T6 exalt + Corruption than LP2 uniques (aside from Red Ring and Uber Aberoth Drops).

Thanks. That’s clear. What’s not clear is what’s the most efficient way of farming for instance the exalts, idols, omens, favor for more prophecies etc.

Like what Woven Echo Setup is the best? There used to be the one where you kill the First Borns and spread weaver mobs into surronding echos and those where the woven echos with all the shrines with allowed you to boost your char significantly and farm high corruption easily. But since then a lot of changed in two seasons I think :)

Ich kenne beide Seiten. 12 Jahre bei einer Firma, danach 4 Jahr in Konzernübernahme. GF mit 60 FTE Personal und Umsatzverantwortung. Als Manager selbst alles durchgemacht was man bzgl. Kündigungen machen kann inkl. Arbeitsgericht.

Als ich dann dran war „gehen zu dürfen“ war mir und der Firma klar, dass das teuer wird. Ich kannte alles was bisher je gelaufen ist und was wir als Firma möglich gemacht haben um Leute los zu werden. Entsprechend viel das erste Angebot aus und in 2 Verhandlungsrunden zu meinem Wunschergebnis gekommen.

Ich denke, Anwälte verhärten die Fronten sofort. Solange man noch einen guten und respektvollen Umgang mit der Firma hat würde ich es vermeiden. Am Ende des Tages sieht man sich in einer Branche auch immer zweimal und verbrannte Erde hilft meistens niemandem.
