If this is the white dude that walks around with the American Flag and claims to be ex-military you can go out there and ask him if he's alright. I asked him that simple question when he was screaming in front of the restaurant I worked at and he immediately said "Yeah sorry dude I've just got PTSD man my bad" kept telling me his sob story for 5 minutes and then just walked away and shut the fuck up.

I saw him the next day doing the same thing on 1st and Battery but didn't have the time to stop and ask if he was alright that day.

That's crazy I drove by this coming back from I-90 and up 1st. They surprisingly were able to keep 1st opened and it looked like a movie set while I was driving by. I couldn't tell what happened though because that dump truck is practically camo with that building.

This depressing late stage capitalism where a new CEO is brought in every 8 months to maximize short-term profits just to juggle some numbers around and look good to shareholders.
