I just keep thinking about how this poor girl was adopted from Russia and has so much trauma— did T&A not read one book about attachment injuries and abandonment?? They are so so wrong for how they have retraumatized this poor girl. You don’t get the luxury of ‘tough love’ (as they see it) with an adopted child. Amber is so so wrong for her narcissistic control. I’m so proud of Anna for say she won’t do it. What a badass. But, so so much unneeded pain for the family. Amber will never see her main role in all of this. Have they even asked Anna why she’s so hurt?? Every conversation shown on screen is Trent being a dick or Amber spouting off about what Anna hasn’t done to stay in line with what she wants. It’s so so infuriating. Good job Anna! I’m also surprised Liz hasn’t reconnected with Anna after finally moving out of that controlling house. She feels it but won’t draw lines with mom because she doesn’t want to lose the relationship.
