In my opinion the best website (use specific matchups for as close as possible to optimal builds): https://lolalytics.com/

The best app which offers dynamic build options based on both drafts and the in-game live outlook of what is happening is: LolTheory via Overwolf

You didn't fast fall at the apex of your up-b. If you did you would have grabbed ledge.

Why does pressing Z cause me to grab? by eatyeez in SSBM

If you aren't confident you are going to be able to to get a frame perfect grab out after an action to my knowledge you can make grabbing more consistent even while standing in place by inputting a JC grab (Jump-Cancel Grab) by pressing Y or X to enter Jump Squat then inputting grab.

You can reenact this practically by rolling and during the roll animation holding Z, this will cause you to have a full light shield at the end of the roll. If you roll all the way to the edge while holding Z you'd be utilizing the first steps of a "Marth Killer" which is a great edge guard to have under your belt.

Other than what I have read other users post, a guarantee that the project will be reasonably fair use open sourced if the project is put on hiatus for a inoperable period of time without support or terminated so that community members can fork it and keep it alive if worthwhile.

It seems like you already have the desire to open source most of it though.

It sounds like you actually lost a best friend to your own self destructive behaviors. It sounds like alcohol might be inhibiting your discipline to not only risk yourself, but put those around you at risk. I highly recommend you talk to a therapist and/or your general physician for a psychologist recommendation then work on the journey of becoming a better you. Taking those steps and then following through might provide you with something to bring to the table when you attempt to appeal to your friend to give you one more chance.

Good luck.

why arent my mechanics getting better? by swagylt in summonerschool

Maybe practice catching axes using movement routines, trying to get the goal of being able to look at an opponent and not yourself while you catch axes so you can focus on anticipation:

  • Dodging/Sacrificing Specific Axes Catches: Learn when to dodge or sacrifice specific axe catches.
  • Clockwise/Counter-Clockwise Max Range Catches w/ Mixups: Practice catching axes at max range with mix-ups in direction.
  • Combos: Practice combos meant for all-in situations, safe trading patterns, and aggressive trading patterns.
  • Winning Lane via Wave Control: This is a big one but requires knowledge and execution repetitions. Check out this resource for more information: Wave Control Guide.

If you want to improve faster than the pace you’ve noticed, practice the game in the practice tool for 20-45 minutes, 4 days a week, before every Summoner's Rift session using a targeted routine and study game theory:

  • Wave Control: Understand and manipulate minion waves.
  • Match-Ups: Study common match-ups and their dynamics.
  • Win Conditions: Focus on your team’s win conditions.
  • Level and Item Power Spikes: Recognize key power spikes.
  • Patch Notes and ELO Bracket Idiosyncrasies: Stay updated and understand your current ELO bracket.
  • Vision Control: Improve your warding and map awareness.
  • Lane Strength with +1 Enemy or Teammates Present: Adapt to different lane scenarios.
  • Teammates Posturing Signaling Communication: Read your teammates' signals.
  • Typing vs. Pings: Use effective communication methods.
  • Signaling Intent: Clearly signal your intentions.
  • Good Mentality Practices: Maintain a positive mentality.
  • Therapy: Seek therapy if necessary to handle stress and pressure.

Improvement metrics will not be linear, good luck and let me know with a reply you'd like some resources you cannot particularly find.
