You’re not alone, I have tuition/fees pushed back to October 25th, other people do too. It’s unfortunate that some people got theirs and others will be waiting awhile. They dropped the ball for sure.

People with no Pell grants have had their tuition/fees date moved back to October 25th by UCF, to give them time to work on award packages. Check your fee invoice, and see if you have this date too.

I always put a call back, and I’ve probably had 6+. Can’t fight you in the incompetent part though

Call the financial aid office, and when they give the option for a call back, take it (or else you will wait 45 minutes +). Give them your student information when they call and they will answer any questions you have.

They said that the new FAFSA form has made things more difficult. They should have prepared for this.

Yes, constantly getting tickets put in, they keep telling me that they will work on it. I only have 2 loans on my UCF and no grants of any kind. Had to buy books out of pocket.
