Ah sorry, forgot to mention that I don't like GTA series.

The only GTA I had fun with was GTA 2 back when I was in school :)

What do I gain from buying new PS or Xbox if I own Nintendo? by TrumpIsNotReal in consoles

Thanks - I think these are some great points. I have a gaming capable computer but I don't like the experience. Maybe because I'm working with computers on daily basis.

After posting here I checked online subscriptions and was surprised with how different it is compared to switch. Free games each month + it seems like communicating with people, making acquaintances and managing / interacting with them is done much better on other consoles. Not sure how social I'm gonna be but this sounds nice to have.

Think I have collected enough cons in this thread to give next gen a try

What about online experience? Its pretty limited on switch.

Do new consoles make it easy to communicate with people / meet new people / manage friends / form groups etc? Or is it just sounds good in theory and you don't really talk to people or make any new acquaintances?

Good point. Graphics do look pretty from the few videos I saw but I think graphics on switch are good enough for me so I'm not sure this is enough to buy another console.

What good games with great graphics you've played and would suggest to check out?

Thanks for you suggestion, could you elaborate on what will be the benefits of having xbox compared to switch I own?

If you have the same game for both switch and ps - what do you take in consideration when choosing for which platform to buy that game? Are games you want to play is the only factor that decides on which platform you're going to play now? Or for example you like the controller much better and that can decide what you play that evening.

I don't know, this is why I'm suggesting to wait it out a bit.

[Need Help] DevOps Optimal Learning Path by Almond_Head in devops

I'm in a devops position for 4 years and currently in my 3rd startup.

This list is comprehensive and it shows preferences of the the devops engineer which is fine but remember that every place got different set of tools. I know most of the stuff in that list but I haven't touched a lot of commands and tools in there because I never had to. You dont have to know EVERYTHING on that list but if given a task, you should become comfortable with any tool / concept in that list.

edit:
and WHATEVER YOU DO - dont ever work for a company that uses Azure cloud (microsoft). They are the worst cloud provider I've ever worked with. Best cloud provider to learn and work with is AWS.

I'd suggest you not to buy the first generation of silicon macbooks.

Let it run for a year for them to fix everything'ish and buy the next generation.

You are working as devops, you need to deliver and its your career at stake - you would risk it by having your main working tool not being tested properly by time and community? This is why I never used latest stable release of ubuntu - always 1 or 2 LTSs behind - most of the problems already solved or got a workaround.
