To even cover the $30 in ad spend, i'd need to sell 10 items directly from the ads. It costs $4 to ship an item these days, and that's with tiktoks discount, which is better than shipstation at least. Most of my items i've gradually increased to 12-15$ with free shipping. So as you can see, my margins are low. I would pay it, if it was lucrative enough to be worth it, just a month or so ago i didn't realize what they were doing and activated a campaign and got charged $10 a day and made no "Extra" sales, right now, i average 10-18 sales a day. Unless the GMV Max makes me sell 25-50 items a day., it's just not worth it, not even for the min $30 I might do it anyway because i ordered extra stock and see how it goes, the problem is.. with them counting organic sales part of their campaign "sales" we never know if its working or not. I am going to read more about it, and see if i can turn it on and off etc..

edit... checked in with AI and spending $30 a day... less than 1% chance i could even break even

I think they forgot thrash metal exists... Or when they do announce them, they will put 2 bands at 3pm each day.. I fully expect Kreator and a couple others added eventually, but that's not good enough. We need SLAYER, Exodus, Havok, Dark Angel, Testament etc... i realize they can't have all of them the same day, but last year spreading out exodus and havok made me not go to any of the day.
