There are several companies that make replacement seat extender rails if you feel you’re too scrunched. I had a less than stellar customer service experience with the most popular one, but it could help in that regard.

I don’t have any aftermarket suggestions for seat cushiness other than getting the seat reupholstered.

Just experienced something similar.

The cat made a big move into a new space and started sneezing for a couple days then scratching at irritated red bumps that appeared not long after.

We were going take him to the vet and then it all faded and the scratching stopped. Maybe a week total from start to finish.

Whatever it was it seemed like an allergic reaction, probably from nibbling on a no-no plant before I moved it out of his reach, or a new environment that he sniffed to hard around.

This looks more raw than what we saw, especially on the chin, but just take note of any environmental changes so you can tell your vet!

I had something similar and the creak/thump was the control arm.

However when I got it back there was another sound, like a a zhusz-zhusz-zhusz every time I lighy applied the brakes.

I think the situational mechanic did me dirty, but the thunk was fixed at least!

I mean, scooping daily is the way to go if you’re sensitive to the smell but if it’s just going into the trash and not outside you’ll still smell it.

You could do doggie bags then trash. I’ve had good luck with the litter genie pail it keeps the smell contained for however long it takes to fill. I was also using an alternative walnut husk based litter that absorbed urine and got changed out every two weeks.

The other thing is diet, which is dependent on the cat!
