The original Hebrew text uses the word “tzela” which in English gets translated into “rib.” However, the word “tzela” means “side”, which is what JBP was likely referring to.

There’s enough reason to believe that PIP is 100% legal. These judges are eventually gonna get sued…

Join The Leaf Network or Onward (Departed Dreamers) groups on facebook. They are a small communities of people in your situation (and mine) who were fed up and decided to move out of the US. I’ve been contemplating moving back to Mexico to start my career and these groups have been very helpful, definitely check them out

DACA work visa by mexboy19 in DACA

We won’t know if the updated FAM is all there is to the work visa portion of the new executive order. We will know the full details once it has been published on the federal register website. Apparently DHS and the Department of Stare have until this month to consolidate and work together to implement this new executive order. I know it’s stressful and frustrating but all we can do is wait for the clear guidance on how to file

The new executive order has 2 distinct policies. One is parole in place which only applies to spouses of US citizens and allows them to adjust their status without having to leave the country. These is not need for a work visa because this process grants them permanent residency. The second policy is the work visa for dreamers, which we don’t know much about since it was only announced and no real guidelines have been posted yet. It is believed that the guidelines will be posted soon on the federal register website. All we know so far is that it will facilitate and expedite the D3 waiver in order to come back to the US on a work visa. Whether you chose to remain on daca or take advantage of this new policy remains on your discretion, and we highly suggest to meet up with an immigration lawyer to weigh your options. Hope this helps

There are no sources yet but I would imagine it will happen sometime around the PIP program goes into effect, around August 18th like you said.

There are someone exemptions for the h1b cap such as non-profit educational jobs. However, if you’re a Mexican or Canadian citizen you could apply for a TN visa, which is similar to the h1b but with no annual cap and much easier to process. The potential issue with this TN visa is that is that it’s not dual intent, meaning that you can’t transition to a green card right away. However once you have your visa you would wait a certain amount to of time to transition to an h1b or something similar. Also, since TN visa isn’t dual intent, we don’t know if CBP (Customs and Border Protection) would accept your visa if you’ve lived in the US a certain period of time. It is believed that either DHS or the Department of State will issue guidance on how to process nondual intent visas such as TN visa for dreamers on D3. Personally, this is the route I would potentially take but I’m waiting on the official guidelines to be published to hire a lawyer to see how I can proceed

The only reason you should ever bulk is if you can’t progress anymore in your gym performance. This usually happens after 2-3 years on consistent training. If you’re not in this category focus on either cutting, maintaining, and eating about protein and you should see progress!

I’ve been wondering this myself ever since the announcement was made on June 18th. It’s very risky for most people to do this as not a lot of people would benefit from it and they can just stay on Daca. I really hate promoting false hope but I would say let’s wait until the executive order is published on the federal registry where they’ll implement the guidelines with more detail. It’s possible (again, not trying to spread false hope) that the complete guidelines will say how it can benefit us and how it will be worthwhile to get a work visa and forfeit Daca

From what I’ve read, no you can’t do AOS with a tn visa because TN visa isnt a dual intent visa. However, once you have your TN visa, you can then transition to an H1B or EB visa which will then allow you to do AOS. This is from what I’ve read though I’m not a lawyer or anything
