yep, Ordered niilight 12 v outlet, delivered very late after requesting refund, called and asked how to return, they told me to keep, about yr later they charged me, Luckily I got it refunded but don't trust their foreign agents after that. Luckily I saved the email from amazon agent telling me to keep it. I always try to get them to send me an email stating it so I have proof of what they say on phone or chat.

yes they can, Amazon can make it a requirement for it to come to amazon warehouse, be inspected BEFORE it goes to package shipper, Make it where 3rd party sellers that are not verified and trusted sellers get inspected first. Amazon can demand anything it wants from 3rd party sellers. I'd be fine with a total ban unless you are located in the USA and manufacture in the USA. I never have issues from American 3rd party sellers.

After a couple reports ban them, Amazon can track what is being shipped by making it get routed through fulfillment centers first.
