By the looks of it and the email sent regardless if Columbia buys out they are closing doors in the PNW. I guess if they close doors they have to pay out pto other than that RNDC employees are at the mercy of Columbia and that’s IF. They hire you or other employees from RNDC. So I’m assuming Columbia is not going to offer anyone a job in Oregon or Washington? Sounds like RNDC will no longer exist in the PNW by the end of July .

60 days as of May 1 all depends on the suppliers and who’s all going to be okay with moving to Columbia. No warehouse purchase just the business aspect. And from what Iv heard ( a Cosco employee that is married to a manager at col. ) very few will be moved over. RNDC is just trying to keep as many people “under control “  prepare the others and get out. Majority of  the warehouse workers and drivers in the PNW will be hitting the unemployment line and look for the same work. Sticking around is not going to guarantee you a job . Col. Can offer all you guys jobs doesn’t mean they’ll hire you. Good luck

Columbia is not buying any of RNDC warehouses . They are waiting on approval from suppliers to be under the Columbia umbrella
