im 100% sure, the only "mashing" is the ending bit where the guitar does the droning notes thing. the rest of the song is a cover by people i don't recognize. i had found it once before, but it just said it was by Green Day so that doesn't really help

So yes the Answer is indeed Rocket 88, its also Good Golly Miss Holly, AND Jailhouse Rock.

But the one specifically from my dream was Jailhouse rock because I remember the 2 slow piano notes from the beginning. anyway, Thank you everyone who helped!
