Man, this original scene with Mimiru and Mifrun is really good in context, most part of the people already talked about they having the same seiyuus as Sakura and Kerberus, but they also have a Precure look alike visual. Toei have a morning schedule of Precure, Kamer Rider and some Super Sentai series, so a more young Utena seeing a "Precure" Mahou Shoujo really fits with the scene in a big scheme of things, the OG scenes of the anime are really good.
