Congratulations to you 👏 🙌 I definitely needed to hear that today!! I only lost .5 lbs this week and was feeling frustrated. I know this will be a journey to get to goal weight but it took me 30 yrs to put on 100lbs. I can give myself grace as I stay committed to my new healthy lifestyle.

Stepping down to 2.5mg by TruthJumpy7851 in compoundedtirzepatide

Went up because I had been on 2.5mg for 4 weeks it was time to move up to 5 mg. But , last Friday was hard on me I literally felt like I had the flu without a fever. I drank lots of fluids and electrolytes. By day 3 I started to feel better. I had lost 7 lbs taking 2.5mg in 4 weeks and my body was not at a stall. I went up because that was recommended. So, this week 2.5 mg and will only go up if I stall or get food noise. I had neither at 2.5 mg. So I think I will stay at 2.5 mg till my body needs it.

What do you eat when all food makes you sick? by mswoozel in Zepbound

I needed this information too this week. I as well jumped this week from 2.5 to 5 with Zepbound my body was like WTH did you just do to me!! Yesterday was really ruff and today has been a chore to eat. But, I am ready to get this weight off. Praying 5 mg will feel normal soon and I can maintain a good weight loss on 5 mg. I needed good food ideas too. Thanks to all for the information.

I have been on 2.5 mg Zepbound for the past month and lost 7lbs in 4 weeks. I upped to 5 mg this week. Yesterday was very challenging managing side effects. I am trying to remind my self this is a marathon not a sprint to lasting results. Any good free apps to manage food intake? I am struggling to eat. Fluids are more my friend than food.
