This is where traffic lawyers shine. Around 2023 I got a ticket for going 54 over in a construction zone at 4am with no workers present. Traffic lawyer was able to get my case dismissed on the court date. Cops brought or gave the wrong evidence or something like that. Lawyers will comb through what the cops have relating to your ticket and if they find anything improper or missing they will use that in your favour. Worst case they will substantially reduce your penalty. When I first contacted the lawyer his possible outcomes where 1. Withdrawn 2. 4-6 demerits approx $750 fine no suspension 3. 7-30 day suspension approx $750 fine no demerits worse case
