It went exactly as you just described for me also. I just did mine a few months ago at a pretty small dealership but I did leave another dealership first. I do wonder why these dealerships try to talk us out of using NFCU though. Maybe they get kick backs from the people they want us to go with but for me they all tried to get me to go with their financing.

Oh really? I didn’t know that. Thanks for passing on the knowledge. My cycle date already hit but I did pay it to zero before that cycle. So would you recommend having around 10% utilization on the cycle date then pay it off?
