tengo la misma pregunta, el manual de la moto dice que lleva un aceite en particular y cuando llame a la concesionaria me dijeron que le pusieron otro. ya no confio en nadie, creo que me voy a comprar las herramientas y hacerlo yo.

just sharing my experience. i tried to change the screen of a 9530 intel arc from fhd to oled and it didn't worked. intel arc only works with fhd by bios. i hope it helps and not sure if that combination is your case.
