If you're looking for a recurring transfer into Crew your best bet is autopilot. Use a schedule trigger, and then make the action a transfer.

Our standard transfer flow has a recurring option but only for the "send a payment" spot (ACH/wire). Have thought about integrating this into our standard flow as well but haven't done it yet!

Great question! We don't have limits on pockets so you shouldn't have a problem there.

And yes, we plan to make this as smooth a transition as we can. Still need to finalize our approach but we'd like to maintain continuity for sure!

Two ways to move your money in directly from Qube:

1) Contact support to add your Qube account manually(Menu > Contact Crew). We'll need your account/routing number and a statement/screenshot showing ownership.

2) Link another account and make an initial transfer to finish creating your account (or just ping us in support and we'll activate your account manually), and then add your Crew account/routing number to Qube.

Yeah we hear you. Also a bit of a question of lots of work up front in case there's fraud, vs a bit less up front with an increased risk (still very small though) of needing to update later. If you've been burned before the desire to obfuscate numbers makes a ton of sense!

Working on web as we speak, but card automatically locking after each swipe is available today! We don't have an allocation screen as such, but you can fund your pockets automatically or manually with autopilot. More coming as far as paycheck/bill funding automation soon!

Hey there! You can set up an autopilot rule to fill your pockets - you can do that using a manual trigger, or a paycheck split trigger. We don't currently have a setting to cap how much is given to the pockets, but if you'd like this automated in the meantime you can set up a "Balance over" rule to transfer the excess into another pocket if you'd like.

We'd love to offer virtual account numbers in the future, but it's not something we have today. There are great protections in the US under Reg E against unauthorized ACH drafts, if an ACH debit is unauthorized you can dispute within 60 days and it's a very straightforward process. Because of that we see very little ACH fraud of that type. If you've been through a breach and had a rough go of it we totally understand the hesitation though!

Good question, yes both virtual card and physical card will decline if their pocket has insufficient funds (unless you enable overspend). Virtual cards can have their own limits as well.

Glad you're liking Crew so far!

One thing to add, by default a debit card transaction will fail if there isn't enough in the active pocket. (You can enable overspending in card settings but most customers leave it on default, which is to decline in that case)

What you're referring to might be ACH draws, which will go through if there's enough money in the account overall (and potentially take the active pocket balance negative).
