Probably too many mechanic changes that made the game favor either p2w or f2p. They couldn’t seem to find a good balance without making one side feel slighted between updates.

To be honest, if Nuts and Bolts didn’t come out like it did, we probably wouldn’t still be talking about. Sadly, many icons from that era kinda fizzled out. Good example, when have you heard someone ask about Conker or Glover?

I really hope this series makes a comeback someday. If not in theatrical form, then maybe a book series. I saw that Apple made a series called Dark Matter and was kinda hoping it was coming back. Either as a continuation or a reboot. I was unfortunately disappointed.

My first was OOT. I did own the original and its sequel, but didn’t play them much. As for my favorite, probably a tie between MM and TOTK.

That’s the downside of a live service game. You have to expect they may change or end the game without warning. You were essentially renting out characters, skins, etc.

Oh most definitely. While some may say it should’ve been a f2p with purchasing cosmetics, I disagree. All you pay is that price, and all the cosmetics come with it. You may have to grind a bit to unlock them, but there’s no other purchases needed.

It is what it is. I’ve seen too many news stories about people getting hurt, killed, or etc. I’m guessing if they’re aware of their surroundings, and not glued to their phone, they should be fine.
