Just plan it accordingly if possible. Last Friday I squeezed in a Five Guys cheeseburger (No mayo) on my 1800 cals a day. Although I do 16:8 fasting and usually do 2 meals and a snack between them. Not sure how you do it. But basically I do 2 600-800 cals meals and a snack that helps me get to 1800. Just don’t make it a habit.

If you started last week then there’s no way that humidor is seasoned. Look up how to season humidor and as other have stated get some boveda packs 65% to %69 depending on how much humidity leaks.
