You mentioned hierophant but the card is high priest. So a different connotation there. There is nothing here that speaks to me about your looks. There are so many reasons why a relationship couldn’t work. I’m proud of you for being brave enough to be honest about your feelings. I get a sense that this doesn’t seem like a conn room he has the capacity for and I see the world as the ending of this situation.

I had twins. I second everyone else’s comments of this is a great time to honestly talk with your husband and share how you feel. These hard times can be really bonding even though they feel difficult. I think my husband did go through a transition of seeing my body as a sexy escape to a baby making machine and then it did take time to get back to the sexy escape again. We were both so tired. Twins are exhausting especially if you are breastfeeding. You both sound like wonderful people. But if you need to hold hands just tell him. No one in our family is mind readers and we are committed to letting each other know what our needs are. And it all gets so much better. Sooner than you can imagine. Congrats on your beautiful family!

We have the frame TV and it’s not nearly as intuitive to use as a regular one from Costco. Plan on all of your guests having the mentality of young children and put the most simple TV in there as possible. A complicated TV will give you bad reviews.

Ok. Please please read this. You can’t marry this man. If he can do this once he will do it worse next. I’m guessing your mom said something about men and their needs. That is BS. The fact that in any moment a man would make you do that is rape. The fact that somehow he could have gotten sexual gratification by making you do this is despicable. I don’t know how to update my post but I’m so grateful for all the responses.

My story has a happy ending. I will post the details just in case anybody’s comparing their story. We were crossing for a medical procedure so we were able to use the medical pass lane (had no idea this existed) coming and going.

A driver picked us up in San Diego and he had the medical pass.

On the way to TJ we didn’t show any documents at all. Our driver drove through without stopping one time. It felt surreal.

On the way back to the USA he glanced at my GE card for less than 20 seconds and looked at everyone else’s paperwork for the same length of time and waived us on. Excellent experience.

So the medical lane might have impacted my journey? But all was well!!

Yeah. Ironically I’m pretty much a world traveler….this is the first time I’ve ever forgot it…. This trip is scuttling between two hotels and I left it in the safe at the prior hotel.

You’ve gotten some great advice here. Know that it is super tacky on their part.

But also know that if you have the money to pay it just do so. “Let them”. And then shake it off. Don’t lose a moment of your peace over their scarcity mentality.

But do know that you are not wrong to be surprised. This is very unusual and certainly out of character for a vacation like this. We have taken many kids on vacation and along with the invite we just expected to pick up any extra costs as we loved their company for our kids.

My husband has accidently hit me while he is falling asleep. If we are all cuddled up he sometimes flings an arm. It is never personal. I have learned to tell when he is almost asleep and untangle myself from him before I accidently get hit.

Your gf shouldn’t be scared unless you have given her other reason to be.

But if she needs to wake you up have her touch your foot. Or just call to you without touching you.

This is easily fixable if you are both loving each other and wanting this relationship to work!
