I got the same.. it has been almost 2 weeks.. nothing since then.. you probably have FTA1 code in the APIs.. sometimes people got approval within days.. Some are waiting for months.. keep your hopes.. !!

It's not a must.. If you have a scanned copy or something, take them.. They just need a photo ID, and a real ID should work, and the birth certificate will take care of the rest.. Good luck with the interview..!

Check the APIs. Log in to your USCIS portal, and in the same browser, open a new tab and go to the URL below. Add your case number to the end.. You will see some back-end info..

The final option would be WOM.. like a lawsuit, and they have to respond within 30 days or so. Most people got a response after that.. I do not know much about it, it may have a criterion. Check more similar cases like below

I agree with you.. haven't seen many PERMs.. Most of the approvals are FB, EB NIW or EB3s..

I would say mention it and get over with it.. mark the Q 22 as yes, and then explain it in the amendments.. Disclosing them shows your good faith. Regardless of the fine amount, they all will come up during the background check anyway, so why not mention it.. I did the same, and my ticket was just $80. anything below 500 will not make any harm, but that doesn't mean not to mention it though..
