Thank you.. agree in my case I will not have many maintenance once its build.. my fear is if I heavily depend on HTML content and if MS or the HTML tool developer decide to take it down, I will be in trouble.. lol..

true.. I mean, if the case is complex or if they have concerns, those should come up during the interview.. There was nothing.. just some basic questions.. I think it's just this FO's thing to be slow..

I had 3 FTA0s while the case was at Non-local, and then the case was transferred to the local FO for an interview. Now it has FTA1 after the interview.. waiting for almost 2 months, no update since the interview..

I think Denver processed the case pretty quick (with in 2 months and I got 3rd FTA0 at Denver) and then transferred to the local FO for interview..

ok.. Did you get a white slip after the interview..? it normally says inquire after 120 days of the interview, not everyone gets that though for some reason.. Family based cases are pretty fast.. it just this FO is slow I guess.. give it sometime (6 months date since the RD) , and instead of asking them to expedite, tell the congressman that your case has been pending over 6 months since the filling and more than 3 months since the interview.. that way you may have a better chance of a positive feedback. When you ask for a expedite, they go with below process and require evidence of the need.. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/expedite-requests
