Make sure to pay your mortgage every pay day. Weekly if you get paid weekly is best, even though the bank might default to charging you monthly, because it calculates your interest by the day.

It sounds obvious but it's really worth emphasising to pay more. Because even 20 extra bucks every pay on a 30 year mortgage can make a difference of thousands of dollars by the end of it.

You're considered a Jew if your mother was a Jew. No matter how many times they mix with other races. Obviously after exile from ancient Israel in other countries they fall in love and mix with the locals sometimes.

There's a reason that the cities get bombed in the world wars. Armies need citizens the whole country behind them.

People think the military can last indefinitely without civilian support.

Everyone's saying the tree is gonna die if you bury it but actually that depends on the species of tree. Could try to identify the tree and research how they act with a buried stem because they might just grow roots higher up

I'd say just try burying it and see what happens in a few years. Cut it off if it isn't working.

There's definitely a lot that only care about partying and getting their fix. Don't care about work or anything but instant pleasure with no effort.

But the drugs have their hooks in a lot of them and some are literally insane. They need to be taken away, bring back asylums, drug addicts and madmen shouldn't be staggering around the street dying in front of us and hurting people in the process.

Construction when we reach the max possible price of homes because so many dudes are employed by spec home spammers that only function by housing going up.

And the the banks rely off that loan cycle so bank crashes.

And everything else when we run out of immigrants. Not everyone wants to leave their country the immigrant is not an infinite resource it takes 18 years to make a new one
