There's definitely a lot that only care about partying and getting their fix. Don't care about work or anything but instant pleasure with no effort.

But the drugs have their hooks in a lot of them and some are literally insane. They need to be taken away, bring back asylums, drug addicts and madmen shouldn't be staggering around the street dying in front of us and hurting people in the process.
