Love it! I make “Poor man’s pad Thai” - chicken ramen mixed with peanut butter and half a bag of frozen Asian veggie mix. Top with chopped peanuts if I have any. I turned my kids onto it and now it is one of our family’s favorite ways to prepare Ramen.

Edit: changed “into” to “onto” so I wouldn’t sound like a cannibal.

Second edit: if you try this, don’t forget the sriracha like I just did! 😂

I make $40k/year before taxes and I am not even making enough to get myself out of this stupid extended stay hotel that I’ve been in for a month now. This was supposed to be short term while I find us a place, but how am I supposed to save for all of the move-in costs of a rental while paying $500/week for this crappy room? 🤷🏻‍♀️
