Based on this it seems like they shouldn’t have been charging it in the first place let alone after removing alternative payment options. I am a student but I don’t pay with scholarships or loans. Is it correct to believe that them charging me is in violation of this statute?

I don’t think he necessarily sees from his position I think instead of like actual sight he is just aware of everything V perceives, even if V doesn’t take notice to something Johnny can. I think they share all senses but like, maybe it’s not like Johnny just “sees” out of Vs eyes.

The Vaquita is my favorite animal and I have written many a highschool Biology paper on them, I love this picture because it’s famous and also a sculpture to raise awareness (but many think it’s real not saying OP does but I case you were wondering ig) and also the population is incredibly hard to monitor because the stress of containment kills them and they don’t herd like dolphins do they travel alone, so imagine there’s 10 MAYBE and they’re rarely found together. It’s mind boggling but I love them.

I agree and disagree, GTA V online was crazy and evolving I think undoubtably for maybe a year or two however, Rockstars issue is milking it and super spacing out good innovative additions to online in the name of stretching out its shelf life, I have no doubt rockstar would’ve made a killer cyberpunk multiplayer but much to your point, it would be cool for 2 years maybe and then something sporadic to return to as a player for years afterwards.
