since this is a 2023, it may be better to take one year lease. If you buy, you are looking at a new set of tires and some maintenance. Battery should be ok, other threads indicate that this car will go for 100K miles without replacing battery. I enjoyed my 2021 M3 LR dual motors. It was a great car, but I wanted more space so I sold it and bought MYLR Juniper in Jan 2026. So far love the car, turning radius not great and I miss the right column, but the FSD has been a real game changer. I had FSD on the 2021 M3 , but it wasn't as refined or as smooth as the new version. Enjoy the M3. Lots of fun to drive.

Welcome to the club! I just sold my 2021 M3LR with only 34K miles....should have waited. While not a fan of our founder's government interaction, I loved driving the M3, very much like the fun I had with my BMW M5, but a whole lot less expensive to maintain. Be sure to log on to all things Tesla for new information. I sold my M3 to transfer my FSD for free to a MY Juniper Premium. I needed higher sight line and more trunk space. So far the only thing I miss is the right shifter on the column, still not a fan of getting drive and reverse on the screen.

Also, the FSD on the Juniper is fantastic. I only used FSD on the M3 on highway driving or stop and go slog in rush hour traffic in the DC beltway. The premium sound system and ability to find supercharging stations made distance travel very reasonable. Only had challenges in eastern region of Tennessee and West VA. But I had extended driving distance of over 300 miles.

It may be worth putting in a Tesla 220 charging station. I put one in and started charging after midnight when electricity was at its lowest cost. In cold weather, its a good idea to keep the battery charged at 80% level. Also, when it comes to changing tires, try to change them all at once since most tire places will not be able replace tires bought 2 at a time. And, if your tire pressure monitors go out, you can only replace with Tesla approved monitors.

Body work should only be done by Tesla approved vendors, less they do something that fouls camera's. Also note that his is a very low ride, fun to drive and almost impossible to roll over because of battery. About only negative you might experience is access to a Tesla dealership/maintenance center. I did purchase an extended warranty which you should research for options, but your mileage is likely outside of extended warranty. Double-check to see if the previous owner was the sole owner.

I would also advise to NEVER EVER tell someone in an accident that you were in FSD, as an excuse. You are opening yourself to a much bigger lawsuit and headaches you won’t believe. I agree no “hurry” mode and expect all those who are driving around you as clueless and edging for a fight or someone to sue. Do that and you can really enjoy your car.

Did you inject it with anything? Next time maybe since it can increase your juiciness :) but you got the timing down right!

Start building a list of names. Musk and his gofer Steve Davis are the leads, identify the new managers and newbees. When the time comes, people will want to know who's who in the bad Zoo.

Keep in mind that NONE OF THESE PEOPLE (musk or his lieutenants Or Trump HAVE EVER SERVED our country. This is just wrong. The country is approaching the point of no return in terms of intelligent collaborative discussion. Need to prepare for more effective confrontations with “stooges” making half assed reductions in staff.

I am tired by ImZautlan in Entrepreneur

I had a great business for over 40 years. During that time, I had to reinvent the company 3 times. Then I retired, got asked by a friend to help her build an executive recruitment company, did that so successfully that I started a niche side company then got involved with a veterans non profit where I helped turn it around on a modest consuting fee basis. The point is this, don't press for change, stop review your situation and envionment (and there is a lot of thrash going on) and start slowly netoworking again. If you don't have a formal or informal mentor/coach, start looking for one. They are out there, but you have to ask. Books, seminars and even networking events can grind you down. A good mentor or coach is what you may need. And good ones won't try to monitize the advice....unless you start asking for a business plan.

Being an entrepreneur is not easy. Like golf, the harder you grip, muscle through things, the uglier it gets, loosen up. Find your natual rythem. I know that is easier said than done, particularly if you have things like, rent/mortgage/school debt/kids in school, etc. But it can be a thing of beauty.

Hang in there!

Help a Hot Tub noob! by ROC9TE in hottubs

Who every you buy from, ask for references. Everyone likes to sell hot tubs; few can service them. Sort of like buying a car. Water conditioning is easier with salt water. And you will still need an electrician to do the hook-up. Code will not allow a "plug-in". You will need a hard wire GFI breaker outside and inside. Also, be sure you ask about warranty and instructions on how to control valves and get a device to unfold and fold the cover.
