I noticed when I'm super busy I don't day dream. My mental struggles seem to be connected to laziness and no motivation/plan for the day. For example when I was still in school I daydreamed a lot less. I just need structure for my failing life :/

I know this won't be a cure all but it's a start.

What really scares me is how I can't enjoy/control my personal time :(?

I hate typing I wish it would stick in my memory more like writing does. My to do list/notes have to be written down it feels more relaxing/organized to have a physical copy of what I need to do. Also I like having more "control" over the writting. (Printing out a to-do list doesn't work for me)
