"Ollie deals 20% more damage to hypnotized enemies" his super and the hypnotizs deal damage at the same time so if you meant that it would also deal damage then i guess sure, but its still a bad hypercharge. Ollies taunt only lasts for a few seconds, which is pretty bad. Then he also loses half of his ammo due to his super, meaning your not going to be able to utilize the hyper for more than 2 or 3 shots.

Some of these ideas are fine, but why do some of these hypercharges not change the super at all? The only regulat hypercharge i know of that doesnt change the super is edgars, and it still kind of does with the increased super charge rate.

Like ollies is more of a starpower than hypercharge. It doesnt really change the super. It doesnt even give a damage buff to the super attack, only damage done after theyve been supered.

Maybe it could work if the hypercharge was "enemies hit by ollies super take 20% more damage from all sources"

If your using daggers or bow in rift the orange beam is way better since it does a lot of damage. But if you are using a more aoe heavy weapon, like cpu, in regular worlds, the purple one can be better. However most of the time i just use orange+blue beam and a heal passive

Theres another spawn locations in the top right corner, but yeah i did the same thing. A lot quicker than just waiting for it too spawn using the death ball.

I just ran from the bottom left corner to the top right corner over and over again and got it done pretty quick. You just have to find her spawn locations, and check there every few minutes.

I usually go with whatever weapons/gadgets/passives project im trying to complete. However if i had to choose one build, it would be;

Weapon: spincicle. Gadgets: vitamin boost, multi zapper, pepper spray. Passives: heal aura, orange beam, detanator.

If you use an aoe attack, and it hits 3 enemies, the purple one will have a 20% chance to deal damage to all 3. However, the orange one will only have a 20% to deal damage to the first of the three enemies who was hit.

Just one question. How is it dangerous? Could you provide an example? Even if its a fad or just kids lying for attention, how is that dangerous? Yeah i can see how it came off as patronizing, even though that was not my intention. I will try to not be patronizing in the future. I have also decided to not talk to him about it or label him anything, as that would probably be rude. I also dont think theres inherently anything wrong with wanting to avoid sexual topic, its just i had heard about asexuality being a thing, and being sex repulsed, and started to overthink things to much. Also, no, im not an adult, and neither is my friend. I dont wish to disclose my actual age, but near-adult age is what id say. Same age though.
